Shareable tofu dish is blended with confit garlic and sesame paste. This vegan dish is topped with our house made chili crisps, plant based mapo chili and green onions. Served along with our house made Scallion pancakes.
Karage Wings (GF)
Japanese style fried chicken wings brined and coated with special Japanese potato starch for extra crunch. Lightly dusted with vinegar salt and comes with a wedge of lemon. This dish is gluten free, fried in a gluten free fryer!

Braised Daikon W/ Sweet Miso Sauce
Daikon slowly braised in our vegan dashi. Topped with our sweet miso glaze, yuzu peels and green onions. Served in a bath of dashi stock. This dish is vegan and gluten free!!

K.O. Mazemen (NO Soup/Broth Style Ramen)
Koyote original (K.O.) Soup/Broth-less Ramen is perfect for the warm summer months. Served with our Garlicy soy tare (sauce), soft poached egg, smoked pork belly, parmesan cheese, crispy collard greens, naga negi, shiso, green onions, garlic chives, menma and togarashi lime.
Gluten Free Shoyu Ramen (GF)
Completely Gluten Free! Comforting chicken and pork clear broth with gluten free shoyu tare. It's paired with gluten-free noodles which is cooked on our gluten free noodle cooker. Our gluten free chashu takes center stage, joined by a perfectly soft boiled egg, blanched spinach for freshness, Naga Negi (Japanese green onions) for a burst of flavor, and bamboo shoots.

Clear mushroom and vegetable stock paired wavy vegan noodles . Crowned with King Oyster mushrooms for a meaty texture, baby bok choy for freshness, blanched spinach for vibrancy, bamboo shoots for crunch, Naga Negi (Japanese Green onions), Scallions for a touch of zen.

Tonkotsu Tsukemen (Dipping Ramen)
“Tsuke” meaning “to dip” & “men” meaning noodles. Tonkotsu style super thick broth and thickest noodles flown in from fresh L.A. own Takara noodles. Come with our house Chashu, green onions, naga negi, menma, gyofun and marinated egg. This soup is extra thick and salty so that when you dip, you get the maximum flavor. Ask us about Soup-wari if you know what that is!!
American Shoyu
Shoyu style chintan garlic stock made from chicken & pork. Comes with our straight eggy noodles. Topped with smoked brisket, soft boiled marinated egg, naga negi (Japanese green onions), takana (pickled mustard greens), green onions & Menma (tender bamboo shoots).
The Classic
Tokyo-style soy sauce chuuka soba. Our flagship dish features straight egg noodles bathed in a flavorful chicken and pork clear stock. It's crowned with succulent Chashu pork, premium soft-boiled marinated egg, a sprinkle of Naga Negi (japanese green onions), scallions, blanched spinach and Menma (tender bamboo shoots). Adding wontons is highly recommended!
