Koyote surprised me in the best way possible. I’ve never had brisket in ramen before, but it totally worked—the broth was rich and savory, and the brisket was legit smoked, with that deep flavor and tenderness you usually only find at a good BBQ spot. Definitely not something I expected at a ramen joint, but they pulled it off. The gyoza were some of the best I’ve ever had—crispy on the outside, juicy and super flavorful on the inside. And the house-made pickles were a great little snack to start with while waiting for the main bowl. Service was excellent, and the atmosphere had a cool, relaxed vibe. I’m already looking forward to going back and trying the other ramen options on the menu. This place is a fusion win.

Love the vibe of this place! Went for brunch and the food was amazing. Only thing I think could be better would be the workers checking on the tables more frequently but everyone was very polite Shio ramen 10/10 Breaky whip 9/10 Ube matcha 7/10

Long wait on a busy night. Waiting for over an hour. However, the staff were very friendly and apologetic with the long wait. Relatively straightforward as far as ordering food. There is a QR code at your seat that you can scan and open a “tab” with so you can get what you need. The ramen was absolutely delicious! It came out super fast and I loved the flavor of the chicken and broth.

I had been wanting to try Koyote for a little while now. A friend had been in recently and gave it two thumbs up. Said “You HAVE to try the chicken wings”. Being a chicken wing fanatic, I was on a mission to try it asap. Midday on a rainy Tuesday seemed like the perfect time to drop in for some ramen and a couple of apps. Parking was not a problem and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Gyoza and the aforementioned chicken wings came out quickly after ordering, and were both delicious. The wings, with a crackling crisp exterior, were tasty on their own but the citrusy, creamy, slightly spicy dipping sauce put them into the flavor stratosphere. Brown butter tonkotsu, and the brisket don came out soon after and were both outrageously good. Koyote is a winner. Definitely one of the better meals I’ve had in a little while.

Koyote opened their doors to brunch for the first time and I'm afraid I'm addicted. I've often craved an authentic Japanese breakfast, well look no further because they've decided to put their whole culinary soul into these dishes. Ube and Matcha Latte: 10/10 the best and most balanced drink. If you're a beginner matcha drinker this is the gateway to matcha madness. Cool, refreshing, ube hit with a matcha finish. Just do it! Uni sliders: think of an oyster slider but Uni, same freshness and taste of the sea. If you're craving a bright and light appetizer this is it! 9/10 Japanese breakfast with Mackerel: I would say this is for the advanced palate, for my Asian audience this is comfort food through and through. Perfectly cooked fish, perfect rice, and the side dishes are all perfect compliments. Loved the pickles and the Mini egg omelette on the side. 9/10 Wagyu Moko loco: if comfort food was in a bowl, this would be it! Delicious beef patty and that mushroom sauce is to die for! It's on the heavier side so do come VERY hungry. 8.7/10 Red bean French toast: a surprise! A fusion of American and Japanese flavors. A mixture of peanut butter and red bean paste between perfectly cooked French toast slices. Would've preferred a stronger red bean taste but it is absolutely satisfying! 8.8/10 Staff is 10/10 always friendly and quick! Overall experience for their first brunch 9.8/10

Food and drinks are always amazing, I always get the tantan-man but chose to try the American shoyu with brisket on top. It was just as good as tartan-man! Service was excellent... We sat on the patio and ended up moving to another table because the sun was hot, the staff helped us move our order and bussed us a new one in the shade. No complaints at all!
